In her 25+ year tenure within the Human Resources field, Martinez held various HR leadership positions within the gaming industry at Scientific Games Corporation, Konami Gaming, Aristocrat, and Caesars Entertainment Corporation. In her earlier career, she worked in hotel operations.
Jennifer also serves as a Principal Consultant with Human Advantage, a consultancy firm focusing on the sports ecosystem, where she specializes in HR Strategy and Organizational Design.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Master of Science degree in Organization Leadership. She served as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Southern Nevada for the Business School.

Susan McKellar joined Consult HR Partners with over 20 years of broad-based Human Resources and Gaming Operations experience in leadership, training and development, marketing systems and technology including Caesars Entertainment and Konami Gaming, Inc. Susan has led HR and Training departments of all sizes within the hospitality and gaming industry across the United States and has consulted international companies on major projects.
She recently led the Human Resources department for the Ellis Island Casino, Hotel and Brewery, Village Pubs, and Mt. Charleston Lodge supporting a workforce of over 600+ employees.
Susan brings a unique perspective when servicing clients because of her deep expertise in HR and Casino Operations.
