Jennifer Martinez is the President and Chief Executive Officer with Consult HR Partners. As a role up your sleeves and business minded HR leader, Martinez’s approach is highly collaborative and customer service focused when working with her clients in both the public and private sector in support of bottom line results.
She has global expertise in the areas of start-up HR operations, employee engagement and culture development, acquisition/due diligence and integration planning, organizational design work, developing and implementing strategic HR plans and leadership development programs.
In her 25+ year tenure within the Human Resources field, Martinez held various HR leadership positions within the gaming industry at Scientific Games Corporation, Konami Gaming, Aristocrat and Caesars Entertainment Corporation. In her earlier career, she worked in hotel operations.
Martinez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Master of Science degree in Organization Leadership.
Martinez is very committed to giving back to the Las Vegas community. She served as a key member of the Public Relations and Community Relations committee in 2007 and 2008 on the Southern Nevada Human Resources Association Board. She recently served as a Board member for the Southern Nevada Chapter Red Cross from 2014-2017. She is currently the co-chair for the Go Red For Women Event scheduled for February 22, 2019 in support of the American Heart Association. She also serves on the Project 150 Advisory Board, a Nevada non-profit organization who are committed to changing the lives and educational opportunities for our homeless and disadvantaged youth.
Randy Stollar is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Consultant with over 25 years’ experience in strategic HR leadership with companies such as The Walt Disney Company, Omni Hotels International, International Game Technology, and Scientific Games Corporation.
Randy has strong global and domestic US generalist Human Resources experience across all functional areas with an expertise in Compensation, Benefits, Policy Development, and HR M&A activities.
Randy takes a pragmatic yet highly analytical approach to supporting his clients when developing HR programs. He offers clients exceptional professional service, absolute confidentiality, and the highest of ethical values.
Randy holds a Bachelor's of Science in Journalism/Public Relations and is a life-long learner and is passionate about nurturing relationships that lead to long-term solutions and success.
Adrienne joins Consult HR Partners with over 20 years progressive experience in Human Resources, Compliance, Audit, and Operations Management. She applies her expertise in conducting Human Resources audits, developing employee handbooks, creating policies and procedures, conducting full-scale and area-specific audits, and recommending process improvements in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, project management, process improvement, corrective action, training and development, and coaching to help clients grow and thrive.
Adrienne has experience in a variety of industries including financial services, technology, gaming, medical and diagnostic practice, professional sports, real estate, as well as service-based industries such as janitorial, manufacturing, customer service, repair and maintenance companies.
Adrienne possesses a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, as well as a Juris Doctorate degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Additionally, Adrienne has experience as a certified mediator with Clark County.
