Strategic HR Leadership for Organizations That Are Growing
Consult HR Partners (CHRP) is a boutique strategic HR advisory firm that partners with leadership teams to build the people infrastructure that supports sustainable growth.
As organizations expand, people decisions begin carrying greater operational and financial impact — hiring, leadership capability, compensation strategy, compliance risk, culture, and organizational design. Many companies reach this stage before they are ready to build a full internal HR executive team.
That is where CHRP operates.
We provide experienced HR leadership and strategic guidance to help organizations navigate growth, strengthen leadership teams, and build scalable people practices that align with business goals.
Our consultants are former senior HR executives who have led complex organizations and understand firsthand how people strategy drives business performance.
Providing experienced HR leadership for organizations that need executive-level guidance without adding a full-time HR executive. We work alongside CEOs and leadership teams to guide strategy, strengthen HR operations, and support organizational growth.
Designing the policies, systems, and operational frameworks that allow organizations to scale effectively while maintaining compliance, structure, and clarity across the workforce.
Supporting executives and emerging leaders in strengthening leadership capability, decision-making, communication, and accountability across the organization.
Designing compensation structures, salary frameworks, and reward strategies that support retention, performance, and long-term organizational growth.
Conducting comprehensive evaluations of HR practices, organizational structure, and leadership effectiveness to identify risk areas and opportunities for improvement. Our diagnostic approach often incorporates leadership interviews, employee engagement surveys, culture assessments, and workforce data analysis to provide leadership teams with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Advising leadership teams during mergers, acquisitions, and organizational transitions to ensure workforce alignment, leadership stability, and smooth operational integration.
CHRP operates as a strategic advisor to leadership teams rather than a traditional HR vendor. Every engagement begins with understanding the organization’s business priorities, operational structure, and leadership goals.
From there, we develop practical solutions that align people strategy with business performance. Our work may include strategic advisory, operational HR support, leadership coaching, or targeted project work depending on the organization’s needs.
We believe effective HR strategy must be both thoughtful and practical. Our role is to help leadership teams make better decisions about their people, build systems that support growth, and strengthen leadership capability across the organization.
Many of our client relationships extend over multiple years as organizations continue to grow and evolve.
Consult HR Partners was founded in 2018 after seeing the same challenge appear repeatedly across growing organizations.
Companies often reach a point where people decisions begin influencing business outcomes in significant ways — yet many are not ready to hire a full-time CHRO, and traditional HR outsourcing often focuses primarily on administrative support.
CHRP was built to close that gap.
Our model brings senior-level HR leadership and strategic thinking into organizations that need experienced guidance but do not require a full internal HR executive team.
We partner directly with founders, CEOs, boards, and leadership teams to help them navigate growth, organizational change, and leadership development while building the internal HR infrastructure needed to sustain long-term performance.
Since its founding, CHRP has grown into a boutique advisory firm serving clients across Florida, Nevada, Texas, and California, with deep experience supporting organizations in highly regulated and operationally complex industries.
Strategic Partnership — Not Traditional HR Consulting
There is no shortage of HR consultants offering policies, handbooks, and transactional support.
What many organizations truly need is a strategic partner who understands how people decisions impact business performance — and who can help leadership teams navigate those decisions with clarity, experience, and practical guidance.
Every CHRP consultant has held senior HR leadership roles inside complex, multi-state organizations.
We intentionally remain a boutique firm so we can stay closely connected to our clients.
Our work begins with understanding the business and aligning HR solutions with organizational goals.
CHRP brings particular expertise in gaming, hospitality, healthcare, public sector, and other regulated industries where HR complexity is high and the cost of getting people strategy wrong can be significant.
