“Our organization is extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Jennifer, Randy and the HR Consult Team. They provided invaluable guidance and expertise as the Board of Directors embarked on an ambitious mission to recruit and retain a new Executive Director who was experienced in leading nonprofits to the next level and expansion and building comprehensive fund development programs to attract sustainable financial resources.
Additionally, Jennifer and her team were instrumental in assisting me as the new executive director in reviewing and assuring our HR policies, files, hiring documents and job descriptions and employee handbook were all in compliance with State and Federal regulations and had consistency in messaging. After the completion of the 90 day project they were also kind enough to connect us to an HR consultant specializing in nonprofits for ongoing support and consultation.
